Terms and conditions of service and use of the website

Last updated: May 2026

Welcome to THE SCRIPT ORDER. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the website and the consulting and training services provided by the Agency.

By accessing this website and/or making a program registration payment or signing a contract, we assume you accept these terms in full. Do not continue using The Script Order's services if you do not agree with the conditions set forth on this page.

1. PURPOSE. THE SCRIPT ORDER commits to submitting the selected prospect ('THE INITIATE') to a high-performance Creative Production Bootcamp (Writers Room) for a period of exactly 14 weeks. The strict objective is to create a 90-page First Draft for a feature film, adhering to industry standards. We are not an academic institution; we are an Intellectual Property incubator.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND SHARED AUTHORSHIP.

a) Regarding the Work and Shared Authorship:

The Initiate retains ownership of their work. However, The Script Order operates under a shared authorship model. If the work developed during the Beta Table reaches its final stage, meets industry standards, and is sold or produced thanks to the Agency's architecture, packaging, or contacts, The Script Order will retain a percentage of the sale, which will be defined in a separate Representation/Production Agreement. The work done during the table is an asset of The Script Order.

b) Regarding Agency Materials:

All programs, manuals, blueprints, and reverse engineering methodologies are protected intellectual property. Their reproduction or use outside of The Script Order is prohibited.

3. INVESTMENT POLICY, PERFORMANCE SCHOLARSHIPS, AND PENALTIES

a) Operation Value: The total cost of the 14-week Bootcamp is $1,681.33 USD, including VAT. This amount covers executive consulting, use of the methodology, and access to the Agency's ecosystem.

b) Executive Investment:

Writers who choose the full payment option retain ownership of their work.

  • Refund Guarantee: A 7-day withdrawal window is granted from the start of the program. If a writer decides to withdraw during this period, 100% of their payment will be refunded.

  • Non-Refund Clause: As of June 2, 2026, THE SCRIPT ORDER will not issue any partial or full refunds or reimbursements under any circumstances, as the program's availability and resources have been reserved.

c) Performance Scholarship:

Following the SHOWRUNNER interview, the Agency may award a 100% scholarship subject to performance.

  • No Refund: As this is an investment benefit provided by the Studio, there is no amount to be refunded to the Recipient.

  • Pension for Withdrawal: If the writer on scholarship decides to withdraw, fails to submit the 90 pages of the First Structural Prototype (Vomit Draft), or is expelled for indiscipline before August 28, 2026, the scholarship will be immediately revoked. The Recipient will be legally obligated to pay THE SCRIPT ORDER the amount of $1,681.33 USD (VAT included) for damages, losses, and consulting fees incurred.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT AND TECHNOLOGY USE

I. SHOWRUNNER HIERARCHY AND AUTHORITY

  • The Instructor acts as the Showrunner. Their role is to be the final filter between an amateur script and a world-class Intellectual Property.

  • The Authority Veto: If the Showrunner does not greenlight a character or plotline, it is immediately dropped. It is strictly forbidden to waste time defending elements that don't work.

  • Death to Positivity: Validation is not a gift, it is a prize that demands more than obvious answers; technical depth will be required in every contribution, and participants are asked to refrain from saying "I like it."

II. ACTIVE CAMERA MANDATORY

  • Real-Time Visibility: All initiates, without exception, must keep their cameras on during the entirety of the live sessions. Avatars, still photos, or black screens are not permitted.

  • Binary Device: Camera off equals absence. If a trainee turns off their camera for more than 5 minutes without a valid reason, an "Operational Inertia" Incident Report will be triggered.

III. DELIVERY PROTOCOL AND "ZERO EXCUSES"

  • The Page One Rule: The final goal is a 90-page first draft within 14 weeks. Creative blocks and delays due to "prolonged research" are not acceptable.

  • Daily Reviews: Documents must include progress, restructuring, or new questions daily. Audit versions are closed at 10:00 PM.

  • Investment of Effort: The only currency is discipline. Anyone who does not deliver on time and in the correct format will be immediately reprimanded.

IV. COMMUNICATION AND OPERATIONAL SAFETY

  • The 12-Hour Rule: All questions or requests for support through the channels must be answered by the team within a maximum of 12 hours.

  • Zero Tolerance for Silence: Silence is an operational safety breach and is interpreted as a lack of attention to a colleague.

  • Use of Multimedia: To avoid misunderstandings, complex questions will be resolved through audio messages of no more than 3 minutes and direct tagging of colleagues.

V. WRITERS' ROOM DYNAMICS

  • Ego at the Door: The ideas of initiates will be dissected and challenged. Emotional attachment to characters is grounds for immediate correction.

  • Cuts: If a character or scene does not actively advance the story, it is cut. Resource efficiency is prioritized over ornamental aesthetics.

  • Loyalty to the Work: "Creative shielding" or "overlap" between initiates is prohibited. Loyalty is to the work, not to a colleague.

VI. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

AI is an exploration tool, not an author. Generating dialogues or final texts using AI is prohibited. The work must be 100% the product of human intellect to guarantee its eligibility for registration with INDAUTOR. Failure to comply will result in dishonorable disqualification.

5. IMAGE AND PROFILE USE CLAUSE. By registering for and participating in THE SCRIPT ORDER's programs, sessions, and assessments, THE INITIATE agrees to be selected for inclusion in our talent directory. THE INITIATE grants THE SCRIPT ORDER a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, publish, and display their name, provided professional photograph, social media links, and excerpts from their testimonials or assessments. This material will be used for networking purposes, program promotion, connecting with the audiovisual industry, and display on our official website and affiliated platforms. Inclusion in this directory is subject to THE INITIATE's performance and at the sole discretion of THE SCRIPT ORDER.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DISTRIBUTION RESTRICTION CLAUSE (LIVE SESSIONS AND RECORDINGS). All audiovisual material, session recordings, documents, Blueprints, and feedback provided within THE SCRIPT ORDER ecosystem is for strictly personal, internal, and confidential use by Initiates enrolled in the program. Unauthorized downloading, reproduction, distribution, sale, or public display of these recordings on third-party platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, social media, etc.) or personal channels is strictly prohibited. The sessions contain Intellectual Property in the development phase, belonging to both the INITIATES and the Study's methodologies. All recordings of Sprints, Confrontations, and Masterclasses are classified material of THE SCRIPT ORDER. Their leaking or publication on external platforms will be considered industrial piracy and a breach of confidentiality, resulting in immediate expulsion and legal action.

7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR EXECUTION AND BINARY REGIME

a) Execution: THE SCRIPT ORDER provides the pressure, format, and auditing; THE INITIATE provides the text. We require a minimum of 3 to 5 hours of in-depth work per week.

b) Binary System (Strikes): Any violation of the Code of Conduct (absences, inaction, tardiness) will result in an Incident Report. Accumulating three (3) reports will result in Immediate and Permanent Expulsion, removal from the servers, and, if applicable, activation of the Risk Scholarship fee ($1,681.33 USD).

8. TACTICAL DEBATE AND CONTENT PURGE

In THE SCRIPT ORDER's exchange areas and communication channels, rigor is essential. We do not filter every comment in real time, and the Agency is not responsible for the opinions of THE INITIATED. However, we reserve the right to immediately purge and remove any content that violates discipline, professional respect, or that contaminates the collective intelligence of the Panel.

9. TRACKING INTELLIGENCE. The website uses cookies to personalize your online experience and for statistical purposes. By accessing The Script Order, you agree to the use of necessary cookies. You can choose to reject optional cookies in your browser settings, although this may affect the functionality of the site.
